Blues and a damn good time!

Alias Smith & Jones last cd, Hit & Run received airplay all over the world from the U.K. to Croatia, to Spain and throughout the U.S. The reviews were stellar! The band is led by Salvatore Carolei (blues harp) and Renee´ Flemings (vocals). They play covers of classic blues and some rock plus their own original songs. There is a rotating group of fantastic musicians including Paul Bauman, Wil Saint, Hiro Suzuki, Michael Fox , Chris Suth, Brad Scribner, Al Hemberger and Mike Muller. Renee´ and Sal were most fortunate to be joined by Jerry Dugger, Baron Barry Harrison, Michael Hill, and Jack Morer on the last cd. They are always thrilled when they have been asked to sit in with friends and fellow musicians at venues like City Winery, The Iridium and The Blue Note with the legendary Harlem Blues Project. Alias Smith & Jones NYC continues to drop new singles every year and will be releasing a new cd in 2026.
